Determine your key priority 90-day goals. What do you wish to achieve, and why is it important to you?
Develop a strategy. What tactics will you deploy to achieve your goal. We focus on developing your roadmap to success
Your goals will be quantifiable. “That which gets measured, matters.”
Being. Who do you need to ‘be’ in order to achieve your goal?
Weekly personal leadership skills/abilities development concepts: Information on how to become a more effective leader of yourself, and of others.
At the end of your 90-day program , you will have either achieved your goal OR discovered another path. You’ll also have a new tool kit to help you achieve more in the future.

How we do this:
We meet twice a month ( 6 times total) in our 1-1 Executive Sessions (one hour). (zoom)
You receive weekly emails/inputs/exercises from me, building your self-awareness and personal leadership skills and abilities.
I support you and hold you accountable for achieving our agreed upon milestones / tactics.
